I really like this Foot stimulator. It works great for pain. I really bought it for swelling in my ankles. There are a lot of modes as well as levels on the device. I was not sure which mode to use. Initially I was using mode 7 and it wasn’t helping with the swelling. I changed to mode 1 and the next morning I could see my ankle again. I had been worrying about my ankle for several weeks. When I notice pain in my calves, I just get out the machine and the pain goes away. I have not used the pads yet as my main concern was the swelling in my ankles. Very glad I made the purchase. Be sure to hydrate!
